If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so 24 hours or more in advance. If done in less than 24 hours notice, we will charge the card on file a $100 cancellation fee. No exceptions

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will need to be rescheduled and you will be charged a $100 cancellation fee, as your appointment will be canceled due to the treatment being considered infeasible. We reserve the right to refuse appointments to any patient who has demonstrated disregard of our cancellation policy.

We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. This will allow the RFA team to continue to provide the highest quality service for you and future patients, as well as valuing our time.

All services and treatments at Radient Face Aesthetics are non-refundable. Aesthetic treatment results will vary patient to patient, and aside from certain touch-ups done at follow-up appointments, any additional treatments needed to achieve desired results will be priced as an additional treatment.
